Welcome to Day 68 of

To Be A Product Manager

I got back to my apartment late last night, packing up my backpack until 1:30AM. Because I’m leaving Shenzhen to Beijing for GMIC event in 3 hours. I will go to the airport directly from my office.

And this is like a chain effect, you stay up late, and you wake up exhausted and break your morning routines. I skip my morning jog 3 days in a row this week. As it is coming to the end of the month, I feel super tired after this intense week.

Maybe I should make better use of this 5-day holiday, meeting interesting people in Beijing, as well as taking the time reflecting myself.

Today I’m still really low productive, but managing to finish the data document, for others to learn how to use the data tracking system.

Goals

  • Data tools document
  • Z Cam setup

Challenges

Learning to relax has already climbed to my TOP 5 things need to be done. You can work 10 hours or 12+ hours a day to finish the tasks and practice your craft, but this is not a good long term strategy, because

Winners in the long term are real winners.

I’m going to catch the flight, see you next week.

My name is Zake Zhang, a newbie VR product manager based in Shenzhen, China. I’m thinking what if I write daily product journal for 1,000 days?

Thanks for reading and let’s keep on hacking!

Warm Regards,

Zake
